Business and Commercial Law - We provide a wide variety of services to our business clients including assistance in selecting the type of organizational entity under which to operate, preparation of agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, preparation of articles of organization, organizational agreements, minutes and corporate legal advice, funding for business operations, employee relations, dissolution, and termination.

Criminal Defense - Our firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. We handle various types of criminal cases, including minor infractions, misdemeanors, serious felony indictments, and DUI (drunk driving). The firm emphasizes the potential immigration consequences of pleas or findings of guilt.

Government Contract Law - We represent clients in contracts with the state and federal government, including 8A small business contractors and sub-contractors in disputes and litigation of state law. Mr. Hyde has made appearances before the Armed Services Contract Board of Appeals, and from 1988 to 1994 he taught government contract law at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, CO. As part of this job, he advised air force officers how to handle problems when entering into (procuring) and administering contracts.

Immigration & Naturalization Law - We represent clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Immigration Judges, and the Board of Immigration Appeals, Federal Courts of Appeals for 9th and 10th Circuit. We provide guidance in matters relating to immigration and naturalization, visas, citizenship, asylum, business visas, employment, student visas, family, and deportation (removal). We have 19 years of experience in interpretation and compliance with the Immigration and Naturalization Act, as amended by the Immigration Reform and Illegal Immigration Responsibility Act. Patrick has made several Spanish radio appearances regarding this latest amendment.

International Law & International Business Law - International law includes any type of law that affects people across national borders, and involves not only treaty law between nations but also national law that affects international affairs. The focus of our firm's international law department is primarily on business and trade matters such as customs and trade regulation and combines the skills and experience of our corporate, real estate, and litigation practice.

Litigation - Our firm has extensive experience in all types of litigation, but we specialize in government contracts, civil law, civil contracts, breach of contract, and immigration litigation.

Real Estate Law - Our real estate law practice encompasses residential and commercial purchase and sale, as well as quiet title suits, breach of real estate contract purchase, and disputes over promissory notes. We handle commercial real estate transactions in conjunction with the purchase and sale of a business, and we have litigated, arbitrated, and mediated various real estate disputes.

Wills, Trusts, Probate & Elderly Law - We assist our clients in setting up trusts, writing wills, and administering estates through probate. Our elderly law practice consists of assisting clients from the community in setting up conservatorships and guardianships to protect older individuals in the event they become incapacitated.
